Cop kills wild bull

A Whangarei policewoman is sporting various bruises after a rampaging bull smashed into her - after she had shot it twice.

Sergeant Jo Rouse got to her feet after being struck and shot the beast twice more, killing it.

The bull was running on State Highway One through the middle of the city and was a danger to motorists.
