Convicted murderer Natalie Fenton will be released from prison in April under strict conditions.
Fenton was just 15 when she was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Raymond Mullins, and has now spent more than half her life in prison.
After Mr Mullins refused to give Fenton and her convicted accomplices money, Fenton stabbed him repeatedly with a steak knife.
She was eligible for parole in 2009 and was last seen by the Board in June last year, but was denied release.
The Parole Board's been informed by a psychologist that no further treatment is required, and her case manager has a strong release and safety plan in place.
