There is trouble brewing over the way schools are handling the campaign to vaccinate teenage girls against cervical cancer.
The Privacy Commissioner is looking into complaints schools have been handing over personal information to District Health Boards, without notification or consent.
The Women's Health Action Trust wants an urgent review of the programme, with Trust Director Jo Fitzpatrick saying privacy guidelines are in place, and serious questions need to be asked about why they have been ignored.
Ms Fitzpatrick says the HPV vaccination programme should go on hold, until the fundamentals are fixed.
