The Hospitality Association says two controversial pub promotions are pushing the boundaries.
A bar in Whangarei is offering a refillable cup for only ten dollars while a Hamilton establishment has all you can drink for only $39.
Association spokesman Bruce Robertson is confident the relevant agencies will be making sure there are terms and conditions which keep the promotions within the law.
Mr Robertson says such conditions could be a limit on how many drinks people can have per hour and cheap meal deals.
