Concerns continue to mount for a possible unwell woman who was due to give birth last week and is thought to be doing everything she can to avoid the authorities.
Korina Jade Bray-Taylor, 31, has not been seen by a doctor since June 13 and is believed to be living rough in Auckland.
Police were reasonably confident a reported sighting of her on View Rd, Mt Eden, on Friday was indeed her, Sergeant Rick McDowell said.
Ms Bray-Taylor, who is All Black Troy Flavell's sister-in-law, was due to have her baby on Friday.
There have been reported sightings of her sleeping in Auckland Central Library and she was also seen at the City Mission.
"She's probably not in a good state-of-mind and has decided she wants to avoid us come hell or high water, so we'll just endeavour to truck on and see if we can find her as soon as we can," Mr McDowell said.
She also needed to get treatment for an unrelated medical condition.
Ms Bray-Taylor is Caucasian, 165cm tall and has curly blonde hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey hooded top with three-quarter grey trousers, white sport shoes and carrying a handbag.
