An Air NZ flight attendant sacked after failing a police breath test on her way to work has had her personal grievance and claim for compensation dismissed.
The Employment Relations Authority found that Wendy Collins had no case.
She was dismissed in 2008 by Air NZ subsidiary Zeal320.
