The number one pet peeve of New Zealand office professionals is constant complainers.
A survey carried out by professional network LinkedIn has found that it is closely followed by people not taking ownership of their actions and dirty common areas.
Workplace expert Samuel Day says New Zealanders don't get peeved off as easily as some other countries.
He says the country with the most pet peeves is India and the one with the fewest is Italy.
