"Staff are once again reminded that Police WILL take a zero-tolerance approach to any use of Police computers to transmit pornographic images or text, and any member found to have intentionally transmitted such material on Police equipment will be sanctioned.
"To help ensure compliance with these rules, the Information Technology Services Centre monitors Police email traffic.
"Members should also be aware that copies of deleted emails may still be retrievable from Police servers, the member's computer or backup media."

"Specific words can be set-up to trigger a blocking capability, which will scan the email content and if the specified words are found, the email will be stopped and the administrator notified.
