A Rotorua company director has appeared in the Rotorua District Court charged with sexually violating a boy.
Glen Rohan Lovatt, 48, company director, has been charged with two counts of sexually violating a young boy by unlawful sexual connection at Rotorua between January 1 and December 31, 1996. He is also charged with two counts of doing an indecent act on the boy.
Lovatt appeared before Judge Chris McGuire in Rotorua District Court this morning but details of what happened at his court appearance cannot be legally reported.
