The chairman of ACC has spoken with minister Judith Collins about the corporation's privacy breach.
That comes as Ms Colllins strenuously denies hints by opposition parties that her office was involved in leaking Bronwyn Pullar's information to the media.
She says only herself, one staff member, chairman John Judge and ACC's chief executive had the information.
Mr Judge was summoned to the Beehive but Ms Collins says she retains absolute confidence in him.
"Particularly around the financial state of the ACC. Look I'm very concerned about the privacy issues, I spoke to him last night, had him in my office to talk about this issue. I'm very concerned about the privacy issue and I expect it to be dealt with."
