College Herald honoured

The Herald's Tuesday College Herald has won the Pacific Area Newspaper Publishers award for marketing to young readers in the 90,000-plus circulation category. The College Herald, which features the work of secondary school students, has had a 12 per cent increase in submissions in the first half of the programme this year.
