The jury in the Colin Craig defamation case have been unable to reach a verdict and have been sent home for the evening.
The 11 jurors have been deliberating since midday and this afternoon asked to re-watch the video of the press conference and the Paul Henry interview.
Justice Sarah Katz sent the jury home this evening, reminding them of her instructions to not talk about the case with anyone.
They will reconvene tomorrow at 10am.
