We recommend taking a seat at the bar at MASU ahead of your meal and indulging in a pre-dinner drink. The ice the bartenders use for the cocktails on their menu is pressure frozen for 7 days and then shaped by hand using a variety of tools for each drink. The result is truly impressive, making MASU's creations some of the most photographed in the city.
