KEY POINTS:
The secret cocktail party taper is back, releasing more of National deputy leader Bill English's conversation and promising more excerpts as the election campaign heats up.
TV3 played a new recording last night of Mr English.
It said: "Look, the campaigns are the best bit of it, particularly when you win ... If you win. I mean winning is fantastic. There's nothing beats winning in politics ... Despite all our highly principled statements. Winning's fantastic. Have a small target ... Do what you need to do: win. Don't worry my man, stick with us."
The latest recording is not as damaging as the one released in August. Mr English was caught saying he would like "eventually" to sell Kiwibank. He later issued an apology.
The latest recording was released to TV3 and its political editor, Duncan Garner, said he understood there would be more.
