Police are seeking a man in relation to the country's biggest ever cocaine bust.
The man may or may not know anything about the $14 million haul, police said, but they wanted to speak to him to see if he was able to provide any further information.
He was seen on CCTV footage leaving a central Auckland hotel near Albert Street, around 4pm on Friday and is believed to speak with a Spanish-sounding accent.
"If you are the man in the footage or you know him, please get in touch," said Detective Colin Parmenter, the investigation head at Organised Crime Auckland.
"At this stage we simply don't know who he is and whether he can assist us, and it would help us to know, so that we can extinguish this line of enquiry."
