East Coast spoiled Greytown's Old Timers Day party when they thumped the home team 32-15 in PGG Wrightson senior club rugby on Saturday. Greytown was celebrating the reunion of its champion 1960 Greytown junior team at the weekend. Marist, despite the loss of points earlier this week due to fielding an ineligible player earlier in the season, maintained its winning form with a 30-14 victory over Martinborough while Masterton Red Star edged out Eketahuna 24-18.
Pioneer was on the end of another thrashing, this time it came in a 65-17 loss to Carterton.
