A Christchurch clothing store window was smashed in a ram raid early today.
Inspector Stuart Leighton said a vehicle was used to drive into the front window of the store, Quest, shortly after 3am. Some clothing was taken.
He said a search warrant executed at a Christchurch address found items allegedly stolen in the raid. A vehicle, previously reported stolen, was also found nearby.
Police were talking to an occupant of the house, Mr Leighton said.
