OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (NAPIER)
A great part time role for someone with energy, enthusiasm and a high level of professionalism and who has a demonstrable career history in the Administration space.
We are serious about Admin and seek a high performing individual who can provide
- Superb telephone manner with exceptional communication abilities across all levels
- Proven office admin skills across a similar consultancy profession
- Extensive knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of accounts receivable/payable a real advantage
- Keen eye for detail and the production of professional documents
- Ability to prioritise a demanding and busy schedule
- Adaptability to embracing change positively
- Aptitude to work independently, reliably and with flexibility
