Exhibiting their versatile range Te Mata Cheese Company proves that it takes a special
flair to create speciality cheese.
Their range includes top quality, hand crafted fresh, white rinded and blue cheeses.
This Hawke's Bay, purpose-built, artisan cheese factory has at the helm, award winning Master Cheesemaker Andrew Huxford to head its production team.
The team produces traditional brie, cows milk feta, fresh goat's cheese, washed rind cheese, strong blue cheese and much more, so you can spend an afternoon palate browsing while you sip the wine.
