Police are appealing for witnesses after a 25-year-old woman was mugged in Christchurch's North Hagley Park last night.
The attacker stole the woman's wallet.
Police said they would particularly like to talk to a cyclist who came to the victim's aid and accompanied her to Riccarton Rd following the 10pm incident near the croquet club.
