Children's toy recalled over fire risk

A children's toy is being recalled as it may pose a fire risk if exposed to direct sunlight.

The Maui Water Bouncer /Dazzler Water Ball could potentially singe carpets or furnishings, Consumer said today.

Anyone with a ball should ensure it was not left unattended in direct sunlight and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

The toy had been sold at Kmart, The Warehouse, Farmers, Toy World and independent retail stores between January and July this year.
