Child critical after driveway accident

A one-year-old is child is believed to have been run over by a car in a driveway in Auckland today.

The child has been taken to Middlemore Hospital with critical injuries and is not expected to survive, police said.

Police Serious Crash Unit staff are investigating the accident which happened in Manurewa.
