The New Zealand garden at the Chelsea Flower Show in London was unveiled yesterday, and its designer, Xanthe White, said the rainy conditions were perfect for her West Coast-inspired creation.
The Tourism NZ-sponsored site features 3000 plants and a black sand foreshore made from recycled car tyres.
The medals for the best gardens will be announced today.
