Four hundred speciality cheeses will compete for the champion cheese title next month. Now in their fifth year, the awards have attracted a diverse range of entrants, with more entries from smaller producers.
Twenty-six judges, headed by Australian master cheesemaker Neil Willman, will examine all entries on March 2 at Massey University in Auckland.
