Charges have been laid in relation to a pyrotechnic display at an All Blacks test at Eden Park last year that injured spectators.
WorkSafe New Zealand confirmed today that charges have been filed at Auckland District Court after an investigation concluded.
Shrapnel from the fireworks display that went off before kick-off in the August 23 Bledisloe Cup clash fired into the stands.
One of those injured sitting low in the stands was knocked out and had a 6cm gash to the forehead.
The New Zealand Rugby Union abandoned pre-match on-field pyrotechnic displays for the rest of the season.
