Meetings 2000, an annual exhibition for people who organise meetings, conferences, events, incentives or exhibitions, is being held this year on June 27 and 28 at Auckland's Aotea Centre.
Sally Bary, the manager of the event, says that more than 120 companies will be exhibiting.
They include conference and meeting venues, hotels, attractions, activity operators and tour operators, convention bureaus, airlines, professional conference management companies, speakers' bureaus, audio visual companies, incentive houses, exhibition suppliers, and many other suppliers of products and services.
Now in its fourth year Meetings 2000 is hosted by Conventions & Incentives New Zealand.
It provides, Ms Bary says, an unparalleled opportunity for conference and meeting organisers to meet face-to-face with the companies supplying the products and services they need to make their next event run smoothly and professionally.
Ms Bary says that Meetings is acknowledged as being New Zealand's most prestigious event for the convention and incentive industry from both the buyer and seller perspective.
