Traffic on Auckland's Southern Motorway is now flowing free, after a cement truck and a car collided earlier this morning.
The truck and car had now been cleared from the scene, police said.
The drivers of both vehicles escaped without injury following the collision on the motorway near Epsom around 8.15am, police said.
Earlier the crash had caused a backlog of weekend traffic.
The vehicles had blocked one lane of the motorway, which was causing a build-up of traffic. Tow trucks were on their way to remove the truck and car from the scene, police said.
