The 40th anniversary of the annual Menton award for New Zealand writers will be celebrated by a "New Zealand Week" in the southern French town, starting on Monday. The current holder of the NZ Post Mansfield Prize, Jenny Pattrick, will be joined by former recipients C.K. Stead, Vincent O'Sullivan, Fiona Farrell and Stuart Hoar in a series of literary events.
