A brazen thief has been caught on camera stealing a bench seat outside of the office of the youth charity Youthline.
Footage clearly captures the bald man grabbing the bench from the charity's Ponsonby office and taking it to his truck.
He looks around before putting the bench on the truck and drives away.
The top of the truck's windscreen has a large sticker across it that advertises "Tree Pruning".
Dom Boekweit said the theft happened in the early hours of today.
"We now look forward to chilling in the sunshine and having to sit on milk crates instead."
He appealed for the public to identify the man.
