KEY POINTS:
The New Zealand First board will meet today to decide which of 47 charities will receive the $158,000 in a carve-up of money the party unlawfully spent at the 2005 election.
Instead of repaying the money to Parliament, as other parties have done, New Zealand First gave it to the Starship Foundation which said it could not accept it.
