Carterton people have held a workshop to plan the makeover of the Carrington Park toilets.
They were joined by David Engwicht of Creative Communities International at the recent workshop to discuss the future of the toilets.
Greg Lang, chairman of the council-led Carterton Co-created Working Group, said the project was the start of transforming Carrington Park into a destination for visitors as the southern gateway to the CBD.
The group will be working on an action plan, which will include the new design, to be taken to the council once it is finalised.
