A car driving through the narrow Mt Victoria tunnel in Wellington this morning crossed the centre line and clipped another vehicle.
About 7.30am the car, travelling east away from the city, veered into oncoming traffic, striking a vehicle travelling in the other direction and knocking off its wing mirror.
The car then veered back into its own lane. Police said the crash was minor. There were no injuries and traffic through the tunnel was not disrupted.
