About 100 police officers today swooped on a South Auckland caravan park allegedly being used for the sale of drugs, police said.
Counties Manukau police executed warrants in relation to the Green Acres Caravan Park, in Favona Road, Mangere, in the 6am operation.
They said the property had allegedly been used over a period of time for the sale of drugs.
A quantity of cannabis and firearms, and up to 16 dogs, were removed from the scene. Newstalk ZB radio reported that 12 drug and firearm-related arrests were made.
