A car has rolled on the Upper Harbour Highway prior to the Paul Matthews Rd intersection and is blocking the eastbound left-turn-lane.

Motorists are being told to expect delays in both directions due to rubbernecking.

The NZ Transport Agency reported the incident on Twitter at 4.45pm.
