A single vehicle rolled and crashed at 5.20pm on Sunday at the bottom of the Rimutaka Hill Road on State Highway 2, however police have confirmed nobody was injured in the crash.
Masterton Senior Sergeant Warwick Burr said the male driver was the sole occupant at the time of the crash which occurred in wet conditions. "There was no injuries and driving behaviour was not an issue," he said. "It's suspected the roll occurred during a transfer of weight due to a loss of traction. It's possible there was an oil or diesel spill."
Police are continuing their enquiries into the incident.
