A car was crushed between two buses in Birkenhead this morning and an eyewitness said it was amazing nobody was badly hurt.
The crash happened this morning near the main bus stop in Birkenhead's town centre.
The driver and passenger of the car had minor injuries.
Police said the road would be closed until about 1pm and diversions had been put in place.
In another incident at 10.30am, five people were injured, including one person who was trapped in a car, after a two-car crash near Drury, south Auckland.
