A car has crashed through a paddock and into a building near Christchurch this evening.
The male driver was out of the car and was in a moderate condition, a police spokeswoman said.
The crash is suspected to be due to a possible medical event.
The man was driving through Rolleston when his car went through the paddock and hit the building around Main South Road and Robinsons Rd.
The crash happened about 6pm.
