The driver of a vehicle involved in a collision on Masterton's Colombo Road yesterday had to be taken to Wairarapa Hospital.
Senior Sergeant Warwick Burr, of Masterton police, said the crash happened just before 1pm when the car veered off the road and crashed into the back of a parked car.
Mr Burr said it appeared the driver had a contributing medical condition.
"It appears he had something which went wrong medically," Mr Warwick said.
The man was taken to hospital with minor injuries and he was later discharged.
