The second Eastern Bay of Plenty Classic Car Breakfast has been hailed as a cracker after 30 vehicles rolled up for inspection.
From classic American machines to a just-imported AC Cobra and an AP6 Chrysler Valiant, both from Australia, the breakfast also attracted a couple of Ford Capris and a good supply of vintage vehicles as well.
As this was only the second classic car breakfast, members were pleased to see a few new faces. "It's always nice to see that a few drive over from the Western Bay of Plenty," car enthusiast Dave Sells said. "The coastal drive on a lovely sunny Sunday morning is always a great trip, especially in a classic car."
As the breakfast is only held bi-monthly, the next one will be at 8am on January 5.
"Let's see what Santa may have given out over Christmas, some new keys maybe?"
