A Canterbury professional facing indecent assault charges has today had five more clients come forward to allege that he inappropriately touched them.
The man, in his 60s, had an interim order banning publication of his name and occupation declined by a judge.
Suppression had been opposed by police and the media.
However, his lawyer Paul Wicks QC indicated that he would appeal Judge Paul Kellar's decision to the High Court.
Until the appeal is confirmed, the media is unable to publish the accused's name.
