Promoters for country singer Glen Campbell, whose Rotorua performance was ruined by his laryngitis, are offering full refunds to concert-goers.
Campbell had just started his set on Saturday when he apologised, saying he had laryngitis.
Dozens of the 4000 fans stormed out, demanding a refund, as Campbell continued to play while his daughters sang.
He cancelled his show in Wellington the next night.
Refunds for the Rotorua concert are available until December 7 at the point of purchase.
Wellington tickets can also be refunded at point of sale.
