Bail has been granted to a Horowhenua businessman facing sex charges relating to a girl aged under 10 years.
He appeared before Judge Gregory Ross in the Levin District Court today.
The 57-year-old was bailed on conditions including no contact either directly or indirectly with the complainant, he must live at a Palmerston North address, have no unsupervised contact with anyone aged under 16, and can not go to any location in Horowhenua until his next appearance in court on October 10.
