A Napier businessman who stole more than $4 million from shareholders of his Pioneer Insurance company today was jailed for four and half years on Friday.
Blair Fitzsimons of Pioneer Insurance was ordered to serve a minimum non-parole period of two and a half years and pay $250,000 to his victims on his release.
