A businessman accused of assaulting a 70 year-old man has won the right to keep his name secret for six more days.
The man's lawyer appeared before Judge Harvey at the Auckland District Court today to oppose an application by APN to have name suppression lifted.
His occupation and other identifying factors cannot be reported until the day of his trial next week.
Details of the alleged assault have also been suppressed.
