A bus driver has been injured during a collision between two buses in central Wellington.
An NZPA photographer at the scene said it appeared a Go Wellington bus had driven into the back of a Newlands Coach Services bus on Lambton Quay, near the Beehive.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 3.40pm, a police communications spokesman said.
The driver of the Go Wellington bus was reportedly taken to Wellington Hospital with head injuries.
Reports say about 10 passengers were on the Newlands bus, none of whom were injured.
