A Go West bus had to pull over on an Auckland motorway in peak traffic this morning after a passenger suffered a medical event.
The incident happened on the Northwestern Motorway about 8.10am, northern ambulance communications shift manager Ngaire Jones said.
An ambulance was called to assist, and a patient was taken to Auckland Hospital.
Police said there were no traffic hold ups in relation to the incident.
