A defended hearing began yesterday for the driver of a tourist bus that crashed 12km south of Tokoroa in February, resulting in three Korean tourists having arms amputated.
Seong Won Lee, 40, of Auckland, appeared in Tokoroa District Court to deny 12 charges of careless driving causing injury.
