Police are seeking burglary bandits on the loose in the lower North Island.
Over the past few weeks there has been a series of burglaries of commercial properties in Wellington, the Hutt Valley, Kapiti Coast, Otaki and Levin.
Detective Sergeant Andrew Compton said the offenders were quickly in and out of the buildings, taking cash tills and safes.
"It appears that they will focus their attention on a specific business and target a number of locations over subsequent nights," he said.
"As our investigation continues, we are seeking the assistance of the public to help us identity a person captured by CCTV footage at one of the burglary locations."
Police are also reminding commercial business owners to be vigilant and secure their cash at the end of the day.
