Burger King has come out fighting over reports of legal action being taken against it by the Unite Union.
It says reports based on the Union's claims of it being accused of exploitation and abuse of immigrant workers, are completely untrue.
The company says there's nothing in papers filed with the Employment Relations Authority which mentions complaints of exploitation or abuse.
Burger King says it's prevented from making any detailed comment about the case, as it's now before the ERA.
All the company is allowed to say is that it intends to defend the allegations vigorously.
