Bugatti has come up with yet another limited edition of the already ultra-exclusive Veyron supercar, with a price tag of €2.13 million ($3.52 million).
Only three of the Jean-Pierre Wimille version of the Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse will be built.
Bugatti says it will pull the wraps off a special edition Veyron every two months over the next year and the Wimille is the first in line. The next ultra-exclusive edition will be shown at the Frankfurt auto show.
French driver Wimille entered Bugatti folklore after clinching two victories for the marque in the Le Mans 24 Hours endurance race in 1937 and 1939.
He was at the wheel for Bugatti's last competition outing in 1947 when he piloted a 4.7-litre Monoposto Type 59/50B to victory at the Bois de Boulogne event.
